I saw a great meme posted that said, “Skilled opticians don’t come cheap and cheap opticians aren’t skilled.” Docs, employers, if you want top talent you have to invest in the right people. They will make you more than you will ever pay them. They will help you be more profitable, enhance your practice, and morale of staff.
