ClearVision Optical Releases Digital Guidebook to Assist Eyecare Providers During Reopening

(PRESS RELEASE) HAUPPAUGE, NY – ClearVision Optical has released a digital guidebook on the company’s website, designed to provide eyecare professionals with pertinent information and tactical steps to ensure a successful reopening of their businesses across the country.

A Guidebook on Reopening Your Business After COVID-19

The four-part eBook compiles the industry’s most up-to-date information and provides considerations, recommendations, strategies and best practices on how to reopen optical shops in different locations and stages of recovery across the United States. The four chapters within the guidebook include:

  • Planning: Financial, health, safety and marketing considerations for reopening
  • Preparing: Key tactics, guidelines and factors to prepare for as reopening procedures are developed
  • Rebuilding: Adapting and reorganizing for new standards in safety and staffing while building a schedule and ramping up marketing campaigns
  • Restarting: Keys to maintaining new policies, keeping staff engaged and ensuring ongoing sales for the business

Within each chapter, ClearVision has outlined detailed information on safety supplies, cleanliness, social distancing and office layout, staffing, business and financial planning, pricing considerations, budgeting, marketing, and finally, scheduling and re-training.

“We have dedicated countless hours to researching and creating a visually-engaging guidebook that ECPs can use to help stabilize their business upon reopening, and quickly incorporate new processes and procedures for a successful future,” stated Lauren Candela, Content Marketing Manager at ClearVision Optical.

The comprehensive digital Guidebook can be downloaded by clicking here.

Online Resource Center

The Reopening Guidebook is the latest in a series of resources that ClearVision Optical has created to help eyecare providers remain informed of the latest information about COVID-19 as it pertains to the eyecare community.

The company’s online Resource Center, launched in March, is updated daily with links to pertinent industry information, while also providing materials and tips on topics such as financial resources,
services available to the optical industry, health and wellness, human resources, legal, educational opportunities and digital training available during this time.

“Our entire team at ClearVision remains committed to caring for our family of eyecare partners during this unprecedented time, and we are looking forward to helping our customers successfully reopen their doors in the weeks ahead,” noted Stephen Tripi, Head of Marketing at ClearVision.
