Coburn Technologies Announces Promotion, New Hire

(PRESS RELEASE) SOUTH WINDSOR, CT – Coburn Technologies Inc. announced that Dayna Valente has been promoted to director of finance and Megan Brennen has been hired as director of human resources. Both positions report to Alex Incera, president of Coburn.

“It brings me great pleasure to promote Dayna to the new director of finance position,” said Incera. “She is a huge asset to our team and plays a key role in supporting the company’s financial needs as we plan our growth for the future.”

Valente has been with Coburn since 2013 in various accounting and finance capacities. Most recently, she has been overseeing the purchasing and demand planning functions for Coburn.

Valente said, “I am very pleased to be promoted to director of finance. I have really enjoyed working my way up in Coburn, and I am excited to take on this next challenge.”

Meanwhile, Incera said Brennen is “a great addition to Coburn.”

“She brings a broad array of experience, specifically in talent acquisition and recruiting, which will most definitely help our company continue to expand,” Incera said.

Prior to Coburn, Brennen worked for Serendipity Labs in Rye, NY, where she headed up the human resources function.

“I am honored to be joining the Coburn team. Having spent the majority of my career in the human resources realm, I am confident that both Coburn and I can grow together and make some great things happen,” said Brennen.
