Reptile Sun Announces New Consumer Protection Policy

(Press Release)
ADDISON, TEXAS – Reptile Sun, a producer of polarized sunglasses, has announced a new consumer protection policy.

In December of 2015, Reptile Sun began offering a lost or stolen replacement policy for any non-prescription Reptile Sunglass that is lost or stolen during the first year of ownership. Consumers must register their Reptile Sunglasses online during the first 30 days of ownership, and pays only for shipping if they lose or have their Reptile Sunglasses stolen.

“This new consumer policy is the first of its kind in the industry, and we believe sends a strong message to the consumer that Reptile Sun is a company that cares about their customers,” says Gary Adelman, president and CEO of Reptile Sun. “One of the historic objections heard from the consumer is that they fear investing in a quality pair of polarized sunwear because they always wind up losing their sunglasses. This new Reptile policy takes that fear out of the equation. Plus, we also understand what it is like to be without your sunglasses, especially your Reptiles.”
