Vision-Ease Partners with IOT to Expand Digital Lens Offerings

Expanding its digital lens design portfolio to fully complement consumer needs, Vision-Ease announces five new proprietary wrap-style and general purpose offerings. The new designs are available through Vision-Ease’s recent strategic partnership with IOT.

IOT is a digital lens technology leader whose proven and straightforward delivery system creates exceptional convenience for its network of users. The new relationship allows Vision-Ease customers to efficiently access and deliver customized lenses to consumers.

“Our partnership with IOT is defined by seamless integration,” said Barry Resnik, vice president of marketing for Vision-Ease. “Customers utilizing the IOT network can seamlessly add our designs, and have full access to both Vision-Ease and IOT support. This integrated approach ensures quick and accurate delivery of our proprietary digital lens designs.”

"This strategic partnership between IOT and Vision-Ease will have a positive impact on our customer base,” said Kurt Gardner, business development executive for IOT. “By combining Vision-Ease’s concepts in lens design with IOTs proven Digital Ray Path Technology, our mutual customers will only see great things for their business. We both look forward to a bright future in this endeavor."

Through this partnership, Vision-Ease initially offers two proprietary design series – Sportwrap and Everywhere. Sportwrap designs are ideal for active consumers because the digitally optimized design accommodates wrap-style frames needed in sports. Everywhere designs are best for general-purpose wear. The designs are optimized for Vision-Ease blanks but are not restricted.

Specific designs are:

  • Vision-Ease Sportwrap Single Vision
  • Vision-Ease Sportwrap Novel PAL
  • Vision-Ease Sportwrap Backside PAL
  • Vision-Ease Everywhere PAL
  • Vision-Ease Everywhere + PAL

Moving forward, Vision-Ease looks to continuously expand its digital design offering. Customers can get started by contacting their Vision-Ease sales representative for more details.
