Blue-Light-Blocking Glasses Have a Fan

New York Jets player nods off wearing them in a test.

Those blue-light-blocking orange-lens sunglasses that are supposed to aid falling asleep have a definite believer in New York Jets rookie Leonard Williams. Among a group of players testing the glasses for efficacy in dealing with jet-lag, Williams was “kind of nodding off” during the session. “The guy was telling us it is alright to go to sleep.” Williams told ESPN. “He shouldn’t have said that.”
