ClearVision Optical Introduces Online Shopping Cart

HAUPPAUGE, NY – Taking its first step into the world of e-commerce, eyewear provider ClearVision Optical has introduced an online shopping cart to its website.

ClearVision introduced the online shopping cart to provide customers with the convenience of 24/7 online ordering ability. Customers have the ability to create a unique login and password intended to make future shopping experiences easier. Use of the shopping cart provides:

  • Ability to view items online and place an order at the same time
  • Faster checkout by populating account/address information
  • Ability to save multiple shipping addresses
  • Ability to view and track orders

“It’s at our core to remain on the forefront of technology, and the online shopping cart is one more way we are using technology to better serve our customers,” says David Friedfeld, president of ClearVision Optical. “While we are committed to providing our customers with a positive, efficient experience through the shopping cart, our Customer Care team remains available to provide a warm, inviting experience when you prefer to pick up the phone. Overall, the goal of the shopping cart is to make the website another great experience in connecting with us.”

All customers who use the online shopping cart to place an order during the month of February will be entered into a weekly drawing for an iPad mini. There will be four weekly drawings, beginning Friday, Feb. 5. Winners will be notified via phone and email, and will be posted on the ClearVision website. In addition, customers will receive free shipping on their first Rx order placed via the online shopping cart during the month of February.
