Ginamarie Wells, PhD, MCC, Senior Director of Learning and Development: Ginamarie is Cleinman’s senior consultant on HR strategy and oversees Learning & Development. She is a certified Leadership Development and Succession Strategist, a Master Certified Coach (MCC), Professional Workplace and Marital Mediator and Trainer.

Erin Callahan: Erin is an associate at Whiteman Osterman & Hanna LLP in the Firm’s Labor and Employment Law, Education, and Litigation and Appeals Practice Groups. She represents employers, both public and private, in matters including federal and state court litigation, administrative proceedings and alternative dispute proceedings.

Justin Ward, O.D.: Justin is the owner & CEO of Longview Eye Associates in Longview, TX. He is a member of the American Optometric Association, the Texas Optometric Association and the East Texas Optometric Association. He is a graduate of the University of Houston College of Optometry

Sarah Ward, O.D.: Sarah is the owner & CFO of Longview Eye Associates, Longview, TX. A graduate of the University of Houston College of Optometry, she is a member of the American Optometric Association, Texas Optometric Association and East Texas Optometric Association.
