Lance Anderson, OD

Dr. Lance Anderson has been a practicing optometrist for 28 years. He graduated from Pacific University College of Optometry in 1991, completed pediatric vision care training at The State University of New York and primary care optometry training at Hickam Air Force Base in Honolulu, HI. He opened Accent Eyewear in Hillsboro, OR, in 1993 and in 2007, co-founded PECAA along with Drs. Bradley Smith and David Wolf. He has been an executive vice president there since 2015 and serves on the Rev-360 board.
Jan Ennis

Jan Ennis is currently the President/CEO of Ennco Display Systems. He has worked in every facet of the optical industry since 1975 after graduating from the E. Claiborne Robbins School of Business at the University of Richmond. His experience spans sales and product development in the wood, plastics, optics and software industries. During Jan’s career in optics, he founded L&L Optical, Vendesic, Inc., Vision Warehouse LLC, Ennco Display and acquired Magic Design in 2012.
Paul Storace
President/CEO, Alternative and Plan B Eyewear Ajax, ON
Paul Storace has been in the optical business for 34 years. He is currently president and CEO of Alternative and Plan B Eyewear, where he has been for nearly 20 years. He is the chief designer for both companies and handles the companies’ day-to-day business operations. A true salesman at heart, when not making a spectacle of himself, he’s an avid skier, winemaker, and gardener. Born in Toronto, he currently lives in Millbrook with his wife of 33 years, Shelley.
