Paws N Claws Eyewear Adds Online Shopping Options to Website

(Press Release)
PITTSBURGH – Paws N Claws Eyewear celebrated its fifth birthday in July of 2016. With its customers in mind, the company filled the month with special social media graphics and promotions, and also added online shopping options to its website. It also celebrated its fifth year in business alongside another noteworthy occasion: the ASPCA’s 150th anniversary.

Paws N Claws Eyewear has had a long-standing relationship with its friends and beneficiaries at the ASPCA, donating 5 percent of the sale price of every piece of Paws N Claws Eyewear sold to the ASPCA, furthering their shared mission of helping animals in need. To celebrate the dual birthdays, the ASPCA donated a raffle basket as part of a social media giveaway for the first customer to place an order using the new Shopify online shopping feature on the Paws N Claws website.

Paws N Claws Eyewear also gifted each customer with a free paw print necklace with each eyewear purchase from mid-July through Aug. 31.

The brand has donated almost $63,000 to the ASPCA so far. President and CEO Sam Shapiro is pleased with the good the brand has done so far and looks forward to future growth.

“We are very excited to be celebrating our fifth birthday,” he says. “It is a big milestone from our first donation of $500 to the ASPCA. We have now reached well over $60,000 in donations to the ASPCA and other animal shelters around the country. We are extremely excited about our journey moving forward to be able to contribute even more.”
