(PRESS RELEASE) SECAUCUS, NJ — Safilo announces the appointment of Roberto Genovese to the role of vice president, North America Licensed Brands, reporting to Francesco Rinaldi Ceroni, president and chief commercial officer of North America, Safilo Group and functionally to Vladimiro Baldin, chief licensed brands and global product officer, Safilo Group.
Genovese is a seasoned leader within the Safilo organization having spent almost 10 years in the Licensed Brands organization of Safilo’s Italian headquarters contributing as a Brand Director to the Group’s category success of several brands in the Fashion Luxury and Contemporary segments.
Genovese will serve as a member of the North American leadership team and will officially relocate to Safilo’s North American headquarters in Secaucus, N.J. in January 2023.
