Wanted: Serial Sunglasses Thief Who’s Swiped 57 Pairs from 10 Shops Across New York City

 

He’s been shoplifting since December and resurfaces every couple of weeks.

Police are looking for a prolific sunglasses bandit that has struck 10 eyewear shops across Manhattan during the last six months, the New York Daily News writes. The article says he’s stolen 57 pairs of high-end shades to date, having begun his shoplifting spree in December and resurfacing at another store every two weeks or so. He’s never brandished a weapon or harmed an employee or customer in any of his robberies, officials told the news outlet.
