Wearing Sunglasses as Jewelry – a New Hollywood Trend?

Rihanna dons a pair of Chanels around her neck with no intention of wearing them.

Pop singing sensation Rihanna caught the eye of fashion observers recently when she showed up at the Los Angeles airport wearing a pair of Chanel sunglasses with a gold chain leash around her neck, the Daily Mail writes. “The glasses were black and the leash smartly was attached to the top front portion of the frames,” the news oulet explained, noting that leashed-on sunglasses haven’t been popular since the 1980s. Those who know anything about Rihanna know that she has a penchant for trend-setting, which she proved a couple of years ago when the popularity of mirrored sunglasses spiked after she wore them to multiple fashion shows in Paris.
