X-Cel Specialty Contacts Divests Disposable Lens Business

(PRESS RELEASE) DULUTH, GA – X-Cel Specialty Contacts, a global leader in specialty soft, gas permeable, and scleral contact lenses headquartered in Duluth, Georgia announced that it has divested of Hydrogel Vision Corporation, the manufacturer of the Extreme H2O brand of disposable contact lenses, to Clerio Vision. The move allows X-Cel to focus on the expansion of specialty lens designs, including the development of new designs and refinements to its industry leading portfolio.
