AEG Vision Completes 8 Acquisitions

AEG Vision, a portfolio company of Riata Capital Group, has completed eight acquisitions recently, bringing its total to 16 for the year, PE Hub reports.

And it’s not done yet.

In all, the company has added 31 eyecare practices this year, with some of the acquisitions including multiple practices. They’re distributed across six states.

AEG has several other deals in process. Currently the company owns 165 practices in 12 states.

Executives say they hope to eventually operate 300 to 400 locations,

Dallas-based AEG Vision was previously known as Acuity Eyecare Group.
