Bentley Eyewear Frame Sells for $176,930 at Middle East Optical Show

That’s almost as much as a new Bentley automobile.

A “one-of-a-kind” Bentley eyewear frame made of titanium, gold and diamond fetched $176,930 from a private buyer at the Vision-X optical trade show in Dubia, Trade Arabia reports. And just think – for a few thousand dollars more, she or he could have been driving around in a new Bentley right now, albeit one with no bells or whistles (https://www.truecar.com/prices-new/bentley/). According to the article, the eyeglasses were part of the company’s new eyewear range that includes a line of titanium frames valued at $1,361 and a line of gold frames valued at $7,621.
