Save the ocean — from plastic waste! Shown here:
Eco Ocean Pearl frames in aqua with non-polarized
lenses. Also available in lavender and black.

Because plastic has no place in the ocean, Eco Ocean is made completely from recycled plastic and marine litter. To date, the collection has turned more than 30 tons of ocean waste into beautiful, colorful eyewear. The frames are lightweight, incredibly comfortable and feature a smooth, matte finish in ocean-inspired shades including aqua, ink and clay as well as always-classic black, olive and blue.

How did they do it? Teamwork! Eco joined forces with Waste Free Oceans (@wastefreeoceans), an NGO that works with local fishermen who collect used plastic fishing nets, ropes and trawls from the ocean. The plastic waste is checked, cleaned, cut, dried and prepped before being extruded into the plastic granules that become fashionable Eco Ocean frames.

Available in optical, polarized and non-polarized sun varieties, the Eco Ocean Spring/Summer 2021 collection features an array of styles that are fresh and spirited. There’s an Eco Ocean frame designed to fit every ocean or land lover around.

Eco is a brand with a mission — to use recycled and biobased material in all of its eyewear frames. They’re the brand that plants a tree for every frame purchased. Eco makes frames from castor seed oil, recycled steel and now, recycled ocean plastic.
