For This Colorado OD Sanity is Found in the Simple Things

Running a three-location business with 16 employees is enough to make anyone question their sanity. Luckily, Dr. Chris Arbaugh finds pleasure in many of the simple things … like his ability to meet new people every day, helping patients solve their problems and a staff so close it’s like family … “Sure, we’re a bit dysfunctional like any family, but I’m blessed to have a great crew right now,” he shares. Other than that, Arbaugh is a self-professed simple guy. “My daily therapy starts with a cup of coffee or tea, if I can get that without any distractions it’s going to be a pretty good day. It ends with walking the dog, there’s a lot to be said for a half hour with someone who is always happy to see you.” In addition to these small daily pleasures, Arbaugh believes his sanity would benefit from traveling and golfing more, and he’d like to learn how to sail. “I have a mild obsession with owning my own island,” he says.
