Garrett Leight Fulfills a Dream with New NYC Store

The SoHo shop is company’s first on the East Coast

California-based Garrett Leight, son of Oliver Peoples founder Larry Leight, is making his first foray onto the East Coast with a 900-square-foot shop in New York City’s endlessly trendy SoHo neighborhood. “Even as a proud Angeleno, I respect New York as the fashion capital of the world,” Leight tells the Wall Street Journal. “Opening this store fulfills a lifelong dream.”
