Kenmark Promotes Dawn Ruiz to Product Development Manager

LOUISVILLE, KY – Eyewear designer and distributor Kenmark has announced the promotion of Dawn Ruiz to product development manager.

Dawn is a graduate of Loras College in Iowa where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication and Public Relations. She has been with Kenmark since 1999, starting as marketing coordinator. Since then, she has taken on many roles within the company such as advertising manager and marketing manager/global brand manager, positions in which she handled public relations, trade advertising and brand management.

In her new role as product development manager, Ruiz will oversee development of new product for Vera Wang, Lilly Pulitzer, Dana Buchman, Timex, Wolverine and Private Label Collections, as well as merchandising of each collection and evaluating style performance.

“I look forward to my new role. With several years of experience in marketing, I hope to bring a well-rounded perspective to the product development team,” says Ruiz.
