Oakley Takes Over Pro Bowl Games & Gears Up for Super Bowl LVIII

(PRESS RELEASE) Oakley kicked off activations tied to this year’s Super Bowl last weekend at the NFL Flag Championships at Pro Bowl Games in Orlando. The brand hosted a Move the Game Forward panel with iconic names in the sports industry including NFL star Justin Jefferson, Team Mexico flag football pro Diana Flores, and former NFL player and RCX Sports CEO Izell Reese. Oakley worked with sports broadcaster MJ Acosta-Ruiz to talk about breaking boundaries, the evolution of football, the importance of community and the future of Flag.

On the field, athletes and fans alike were rocking a few Oakley styles including Oakley’s latest drop of Patrick Mahomes II Signature Series Collection – BXTR & Resistor. The launch of these styles followed the announcement of Oakley’s seven-year partnership extension with the NFL in addition to the NFL FLAG partnership announced in 2023. 

Through close collaboration between Oakley, the NFL and Team Oakley athletes, including Patrick Mahomes, Justin Jefferson, Aaron Jones and more, the design process for Oakley has continued to evolve. Eyewear stands out on the field, but also focuses on the importance of eye health and safety for the players.  

New for Super Bowl LVIII, Oakley has an updated on-field presence with a refreshed logo on the pro-shields, offering increased visibility and showcasing the brand’s ability to deliver eyewear solutions with the power to redefine how athletes compete. 

In addition to equipping the pros, staff and fans with product and driving brand awareness across wholesale and optical trade business, Oakley continues to prioritize empowering the next generation as a partner of NFL Flag.
