Origins a Mystery for National Sunglasses Day

So what are your plans for National Sunglasses Day? The event falls on June 27 this year –- same day as the Great American Backyard Campout, which seems fitting – and retailers around the country will acknowledge it with special promotions just as they have since . . . Well, that’s the rub. It is a fine day, for a good cause. But nobody knows when NSD started, or who started it. Anyone? Anyone?
