“Coming off the heels of Vision Expo East in Orlando, we know the vision community is energized and ready for business. Building on this momentum, we are thrilled to welcome attendees back to the iconic and fully reopened city of Las Vegas for Vision Expo West,” said Fran Pennella, Vice President, Vision Expo, at RX. “From new Show Floor destinations and timely education to an exciting line-up of special events, we are excited to offer a vibrant, comprehensive Show experience that attendees can tailor to fit their individual goals and business needs.”

Attendees will have access to 190 hours of education, ranging from the latest business strategies and fashion trends to patient education tactics and cutting-edge innovations. This year’s Show will feature exclusive clinical tracks as well as courses designed to address critical areas of business. To download the education brochures for Vision Expo West 2021, click here.

Following its successful debut at Vision Expo East 2021, The Seen, a new main stage destination, will host a rich schedule of special events, panels and presentations at Vision Expo West 2021.

Vision Expo West will host several special events, providing ample opportunities for attendees and exhibitors to network and socialize on and off the Show Floor. Prevent Blindness, the nation’s leading volunteer eye health and safety organization dedicated to fighting blindness and saving sight, will host its Person of Vision event in conjunction with the Show on Thursday, September 23.

The Prevent Blindness Person of Vision Award recognizes an individual or organization whose inspired outlook champions healthy vision and its importance for a healthy life. All proceeds from the 2021 event will go to support the sight-saving programs of Prevent Blindness.

Additionally, the annual ODs on Facebook Party, taking place Friday, September 24 from 8:30–10:30 p.m. at TAO Nightclub, returns to Vision Expo West.

More information on special events will be shared in the coming weeks. For more information, visit Vision Expo’s website, here.

“Vision Expo West is thrilled to bring the vision care community together in Las Vegas and provide a number of ways to connect and celebrate the important work being done within our industry,” said Mitch Barkley, vice president of Trade Shows and Events at The Vision Council.

Additionally, to accommodate attendees from around the globe, Vision Expo+ will again be offered as a free, digital extension of the Vision Expo experience through the ShopVISION platform. To gain access to Vision Expo+, register for ShopVISION here.

Vision Expo’s comprehensive set of health and safety guidelines, policies and resources designed to support a safe experience, known as VisionSAFE, have been updated to comply with new Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) information and reflect best practices presented by local and state public health guidance.
