A Baking OD Who Likes to Crank Up the Tunes When Times Get Tough

Nicholas Garn, OD
Zionsville Eyecare, Zionsville, IN

For Dr. Nicholas Garn, owning and operating one of INVISION’s America’s Finest Optical Retailers has plenty to recommend it. His favorite parts of his business are developing people, trying out new ideas and building community relations. His least favorite? The uncertainty, the amount of time it requires, and owning failures. When things get tough he likes to … bake. “That probably explains the Quarantine Fifteen,” he says. He does spread the love though by hanging out with family and friends. And there is always music. In addition to playing the trombone, he loves to crank up some music, especially while “zipping around town in my Tesla.” Rock on Dr. Garn!
