Explosive Expansion at De Rigo Rem

(PRESS RELEASE) LOS ANGELES, CA — De Rigo Rem is undergoing an explosive expansion in its North American sales team. In late June, the largest group of new sales team members in the company’s history attended a three-day in-depth training and onboarding seminar at the De Rigo Rem offices in Los Angeles.

Some of the best talent in the industry made a strategic move to join the De Rigo Rem team as part of Phase 1 of the company’s massive expansion plans. Many of the new team members have a long history of success in the eyewear industry. Alessandro Baronti, President and CEO of De Rigo Rem, greeted each new sales team member personally as they arrived at the Los Angeles office.

“This is the biggest onboarding in our company’s history, and it is only Phase I of our growth plan. We are purposely growing in a sustainable way as a company” Alessandro Baronti, president and CEO of De Rigo Rem said.

A dozen new business consultants enjoyed three days of comprehensive training and support from the entire staff at De Rigo Rem headquarters. This dynamic and highly skilled team brought significant years of experience in the optical industry to the table. Jordan Gerardi, vice president of Sale at De Rigo Rem said, “The quality of the people in the industry we have been able to attract has been remarkable. We are building on an already strong team, to be a powerhouse in the industry.”

Most notable among the phase 1 team members, is Leo Raneri, who will serve the central Midwest territory. Raneri is well known and respected in the eyewear sales industry. The new sales team members are spread across the United States in the company’s first strategic phase of growth. When asked why they chose to join De Rigo Rem, here are just a few of the answers the new team members gave:
