Retired rodeo star’s sunglass sales are doubling every year.

BEX founder Jason Adams knew little about sunglasses before he decided that he was going to make them for a living, as Forbes explains. The article says, however, that he dedicated himself to learning the business, doubling the company’s revenue every year since 2009 and managing to create a “significant profit” with just 11 people. Now BEX is sold online and in more than 700 stores, emerging as a legitimate competitor to reputable brands like Oakley and Ray-Ban thanks to a “disruptive price point.”
