The Least Relaxing Wind Chimes … Ever

We had glass shelving in the front window and love to redecorate seasonally. People come through the optical just to see what the new displays look like. For summer, I had the (not so) bright idea to hang Capiz shell wind chimes from the glass shelving. Which was great until the tape quit. We were too busy to do anything about it at the time, so periodically there was a random crash as a wind chime fell down. We secured them better afterward but during we’d just say, “Wait for it …” and then laugh like loons.  Nikki Griffin, EyeStyles Optical and Boutique, Oakdale, MN
