What I Really Should Have Said to the Customer Who Waited Six Months to Tell Me They Wanted Their Glasses Remade

“Florida does have phones and a simple call would have allowed us to take care of the problem.”

To the high-plus patient who waited six months to tell me that he couldn’t see out of his glasses and wanted them remade. He didn’t call because he “was in Florida for the winter” but he nevertheless sent me a letter threatening to get his attorney involved.
