(PRESS RELEASE)CORAL SPRINGS, FL — ABB Optical Group, America’s leading independent eye care company, announces the company has opened a new National Logistics Center in Hebron, Kentucky.
ABB Optical Group, headquartered in Coral Springs Florida, selected the new state-of-the-art, 103,000-square-foot facility Hebron facility for its centralized shipping location and close proximity to Cincinnati and the CVG International Airport. This will allow ABB to expand its SKU coverage and build the operational infrastructure needed to enable future growth, including the increased volume of contact lens orders from the company’s new ecommerce platform – Abby. Approximately 75 to 100 new jobs will be created at the facility.
Furlong Building provided the construction services for the renovation of the new Hebron facility.
What: A ribbon cutting ceremony in honor of the grand opening of the new National Logistics Center. Local and state officials along with ABB Optical corporate executives will attend the ceremony.
