ClearVision Introduces 2016 Kids Collection

ClearVision’s Jessica McClintock for Girls selection

(Press Release) HAUPPAUGE, NY – ClearVision Optical introduces its 2016 Kids Collection just in time for the back-to-school season, featuring new styles in Op Kids, Jessica McClintock for Girls, IZOD Boys and Dilli Dalli Eyewear.

Continuing the trend toward more grown-up styling, this year’s collection features edgier, deeper shapes, vibrant colors, and a little “sophistication.” The product development team continued to infuse technology into the design of several kids styles, particularly in Op Kids, which features the fusion of two materials to provide depth and enhanced texture. In addition, the team used HD printing in the design of several models, providing richer color and much more defined, crisper patterns.

  • Following is a peek into the statement-making ClearVision Kids collection:

    Jessica McClintock for Girls:
Jessica McClintock Eyewear for Girls transforms into an even more grown up collection, providing colorful styles; edgy eye shapes; translucent, laminate and tortoise materials; and mature colorblocking accents.

  • Op Kids:
Inspired by the brand’s popular tween/teen apparel, Op Kids eyewear offers a modern styles in a range of color options. The latest release includes highly patterned, high definition designs from camouflage to candy shoppe. There are five new styles – four for girls and one for boys.
  • IZOD Boys:
The IZOD Boys collection offers sport-infused, all-American designs. The latest release includes five new styles, two of which offer memory metal bridges for enhanced durability. They also feature lightweight materials like ULTEM resin temples for flexibility and durability; racing-inspired accents and textures; and pops of color.
  • Dilli Dalli Pediatric Eyewear:
Dilli Dalli with IntelliFlex Soft Touch introduces two new models to the collection, featuring larger sizes up to 48. In response to demand, the new release offers new solid colors for the adjustable nylon breakaway safety straps. The adjustable safety straps cater to very young children and those who need additional frame security. The two new models, Rainbow Cookie and Cake Pop, are designed with proprietary Soft Touch material, which aims to provide the strength, flexibility and durability of rubber with a “soft touch” feel. The one piece, lightweight design has no metal or separate moving parts, and therefore no need for hinge screws. IntelliFlex Soft Touch’s multi-action, flexible temple design acts like a spring hinge.

To supplement the 2016 Kids Collection, ClearVision is offering a Back to School in store merchandising program available to eyecare professionals through Aug. 31.
