Expansion of the sales force team reflects the company’s ongoing plans for further development and advancement.

Mr. Sodano is a highly regarded sales management professional with more than a decade of experience in the eyecare field where he has earned a reputation as an expert in specialty lenses and their applications. He has leveraged this expertise to establish himself as a trusted advisor to optometrists and ophthalmologists across the country by offering invaluable guidance to customers, assisting them in navigating the complexities of lens selection and fitting. His career is paved with a proven track record of driving sales growth, cultivating lasting partnerships, and delivering unparalleled customer satisfaction. “Brian’s dedication to staying abreast of emerging specialty lens technologies as well as his measurable and consistent dedication to customer satisfaction make him an invaluable asset to Euclid and Visionary Optics,” said David Bland, U.S. Vice President of Sales. “Our ongoing focus on expanding our team speaks to our dedication to serving our eye care provider clients and their patients,” added Mr. Bland.

Business development and sales management are among Mr. Sodano’s strengths, with a proven record of identifying, analyzing, and maximizing market opportunities for the leading eyecare companies with which he has been associated. Prior to joining Euclid, Mr. Sodano proved his strengths in account development and business growth with companies including Visioneering Technologies, Inc., and Paragon Vision Sciences, among others. With a consistent record of increasing territory revenue, he is a two-time winner of the President’s Club Award and has been named Rookie of the Year twice, as well.
Mr. Sodano earned a Master of Business Administration from Wilkes University, Wilkes-Barre, PA, and a Bachelor of Science from Pennsylvania State University, State College, PA. To further his professional development, he participated in Dale Carnegie Sales Training; earned the Business Network International (BNI) leadership designation, participated in Medical Revenue Management Association of America (MRMAA) training, and earned the Certified Medical Revenue Manager (CMRM) designation.
