HAVING PROBLEMS receiving your INVISION e-mail bulletins?

Since mid-2018, all emails, enewsletters and digital information from INVISION to its readers began arriving from new domains. Some readers have had issues receiving our emails and have asked us for advice.

Here are a few things to try to ensure you you receive INVISION emails in your inbox:

  • Whitelist email from the domain “email-invisionmag.com”. (See instructions below.)
  • Add the email address “[email protected]” to your Contacts and/or Safe Senders list.
  • Locate an INVISION bulletin in your Promotions folder (in Gmail) or Junk folder (in Apple Mail) and drag it into your inbox. That will often automatically “train” your email client to send our emails to your inbox, or whichever folder you designate.

Here are instructions on how to whitelist a sender or domain in Microsoft Outlook and Apple Mail.

One possible final cause that you might not be receiving our emails is if you’re at a corporate domain. If you’re receiving your email at a corporate domain, you may need to contact your mail server admin to whitelist the domain “email-invisionmag.com”.

If you have any questions about your bulletin delivery, contact us at [email protected].
