Charmant USA Names Sales Director

(PRESS RELEASE) MORRIS PLAINS, NJ – Charmant, known for producing  has announced the hire of William Hurst as national sales director.

Hurst comes to Charmant USA with over 30 years of optical industry experience. Hurst began his career as a sales consultant in 1989 with Viva and was promoted to regional manager in 1995. After his many years at Viva, Hurst went on to work in various sales roles including district and regional manager for companies such as Signature, Mondottica and Luxottica. Based on his last five years as regional manager for Marcolin, Hurst is poised and ready to tackle the challenges of his new role of sales director at Charmant USA.

“I’m excited to join such a great company with this amazing sales team,” states Hurst. “I look forward to learning from Jean Simone, one of the most influential women in the optical industry, and to implement the knowledge that I have collected from my years as a sales consultant and manager. I look forward to moving Charmant into the new decade with an invigorated approach and determination to strive for greatness every day.”

Hurst credits his strengths to be communications and motivation. Charmant is primed for even greater levels of success under Hurst’s guidance.
