(PRESS RELEASE) NEW YORK — EyeCarePro and The Power Practice announce their partnership to offer RingAnalytics, an artificial intelligence-based platform for optometry practices that provides real-time analysis of incoming phone calls. This innovative tool allows practices to determine the results of their phone calls and provides valuable insights into why appointments may not have been scheduled.

RingAnalytics combines machine learning and natural language processing to analyze phone calls and determine if they result in appointments or not. The platform also provides detailed reports on the types of calls received, the reasons why appointments were not scheduled, and how staff members are handling calls. This information can help practices identify areas for improvement, streamline their processes, and ultimately increase their conversion rates.

“We are thrilled to be partnering with The Power Practice to bring RingAnalytics to optometry practices,” said Daniel Rostenne, CEO of EyeCarePro. “We believe that this tool has the potential to transform the way that practices approach phone call tracking and analysis, and we are excited to see the impact that it can have on their bottom line.”

The partnership between EyeCarePro and The Power Practice will include two services. The first service, priced at $499, includes RingAnalytics and consulting from The Power Practice. The consulting component will help practices interpret the data provided by RingAnalytics and develop strategies for improving their results. The second service, priced at $299, includes RingAnalytics only.

Visit the RingAnalytics page to learn more about the platform.
