Fabrizio Curci
LONGARONE – The board of directors of Marcolin Group announced the appointment of Fabrizio Curci as CEO and general manager of the company starting on June 22.
Marcolin Group Chairman Vittorio Levi said: “We are very happy that Fabrizio is joining Marcolin to lead our business into its new phase of development. He is a seasoned executive with a vast and impressive international track-record in several industries. Fabrizio will lead Marcolin Group’s continued transformation and build upon its strategy to consolidate its global leadership in the eyewear industry.”
Curci is replacing Massimo Renon, who left the company in April to become chief executive of Benetton.
Curci was previously CEO and general manager of Fiera Milano S.p.A. from September 2017 to June 2020. He holds a degree in economics from Bocconi University and attended the Managerial Development Programme at SDA School of Management. Curci has experience in the automotive industry and over the years has held executive roles of increasing responsibility in leading companies. He started his professional career at Olivetti Tecnost and FIAMM and then joined FCA – Fiat Chrysler Automobiles Group – in 2007, where he worked for 10 years, becoming head of the Alfa Romeo brand for the EMEA region and head of Alfa Romeo global launch.

In 2019, the company sold about 14 million eyeglasses.
