Inspecs, a maker of eyewear frames and lenses, has acquired the Hardy Amies brand together with its intellectual property rights worldwide.
The brand was founded by Sir Hardy Amies in the 1940s and is focused on the design of ready-to-wear, occasion wear and bridalwear fashions.
