(PRESS RELEASE) BOCA RATON, FL — Professional Eye Care Associates of America (PECAA) announced it has appointed Jonathan Worrall as president. Worrall will officially assume the position in January 2023, succeeding Jim McGrann, PECAA’s outgoing chairman and CEO.

Serving more than 12,000 members, PECAA is the nation’s largest community of independent eye care professionals. Since 2006, PECAA has delivered member-focused business services, group buying power to reduce costs, and a community of peers offering a network of support.

With more than twenty years of experience, Worrall joins the PECAA leadership team from VSP Vision™, which acquired PECAA in September, expanding its commitment to and investment in independent eye care professionals. He most recently served as senior vice president and chief operating officer of VSP’s provider network. Prior to joining VSP Vision in 2015, Worrall held several senior leadership roles with Safeway, including vice president of merchandising and marketing where he managed vendor relationships for the grocery leader.
