Safilo and Max Mara Announce Termination of Eyewear License Agreement

(PRESS RELEASE) PADUA — Safilo and Max Mara have mutually agreed on the termination of their license agreement for the Max Mara collections of sunglasses and optical frames. The agreement will end on October 31, 2020. In 2019, the Max Mara license represented less than 2% of Safilo Group’s net sales.
