The 2020 Big Survey was launched in mid-August and ran for about six weeks. During that time, 264 North American ECPs (all owners or managers) attempted to complete the online form, with most of the questions attracting at least 200 answers. Here, we break down the types of businesses that responded, their locations, size, and the services they offer.
