The most mentioned other was check fraud, while gratifyingly many noted they were lucky enough to not have experienced any crime in their businesses. One response however gave us chills: “We had a drive-by shooting that left two windows shattered and bullet casings in our back wall. Had the optician been sitting at his desk it’s doubtful he would be here now. That was scary as it was a beautiful August afternoon and we are literally across the street from a high school.”

- Taylor Swift. She knows her audience and delivers exactly what they want from her. She blazes her own path, does things her way, and recognizes the contributions of her employees. She understands that without them, she wouldn’t be the success she is.
- Annie Duke, read her book Quit.
- Sue Creek, she is the VP of Sales for Eyenavision, and is by far the most knowledgeable person about all facets of the eyeglass business.
- Jaupin, have you seen his designs?! An amazing craftsman.
