(PRESS RELEASE) EUGUENE, OR – Valley Contax, Inc, in partnership with Contamac US, are pleased to offer student travel grants to assist students in attending optometry meetings and conferences to further their education and professional development. One student in the graduating Classes of either 2025 or 2026 will be selected. The submission process will begin with each candidate submitting a 100 words about why they chose Optometry as their career.
“Optometry’s Meeting is a great opportunity for students to come together and learn more about the profession,” says Professional Relations Director Dr. Adeline Bauer. “It gives them the chance to meet their colleagues and get involved in moving optometry forward.”
Submissions open February 12th and close on April 1st. The Valley Contax social media team will announce a winner for this next award on April 15th. The submission form is conveniently available here.
