EyeCare Partners Acquires 6 Practices in Second Quarter

EyeCare Partners LLC acquired six optometry, ophthalmology and eye surgery centers in regional markets during the the second quarter.

With these acquisitions, EyeCare Partners now operates in 15 states throughout the Midwest, Southeast, Mid-Atlantic and Southwest:

Vitreous Retina Macula Specialists of New Jersey in Somerset, New Jersey (Dr. Vatsal Doshi, MD)
Foothills Eye Care in King, North Carolina (Dr. Kevin Walker, OD)
Arizona Eye Institute & Laser Center in Phoenix, Arizona (Dr. Emilio Justo, MD)
2020 Vision Care in St. Louis, Missouri (Dr. Melissa R. Lewis, OD)
The Retina Clinic in Mine Hill, New Jersey (Dr. Katrik Patel, MD)
Patel Retina Institute in Clarks Summit, Pennsylvania (Dr. Sachin Patel, MD)

Financial terms of the transactions were not disclosed.

EyeCare Partners supports its practices with revenue cycle management, purchasing, marketing, human resources, recruiting, training, IT and other business functions.
