(PRESS RELEASE) PADUA – Following the previous Company communication of September 29, 2023, Safilo announces the signing of the deeds for the transfer of the two business units related to the Longarone plant to Thélios SpA and Innovatek Srl respectively.
“We have worked with determination to reach this agreement which, as hoped, will guarantee the full employment of all the workers in the Longarone plant, allowing for the preservation of the sector’s existing know-how – said Angelo Trocchia, CEO of Safilo Group – Despite the complex situation, thanks to the effective support of the Regione Veneto and the Trade Unions, we have been able, together with Thélios and Innovatek, to reach the conditions for the best possible outcome”.
