The conference will bring together more than 400 clinical rehabilitation professionals, researchers, agency leaders and their administrative teams, service providers, other professionals, and advocates in the vision rehabilitation field.

The conference will feature a keynote by Dr. Calvin W. Envision and VisionServe are now accepting program submissions for the 2026 conference. Proposals are welcome for clinical education sessions, panels and symposia, workshops, and research presentations. Learn more and submit a proposal. Submissions are due by December 12, 2025.

“This joint conference will prove to be a strategic move that unites leadership with frontline rehabilitation professionals dedicated to patient care,” said Michael Epp, Manager of Professional Education at Envision. “By fostering collaboration among CEOs, program directors, researchers, and clinical staff, we create a powerful synergy—driving evidence-based education and research that ultimately enhances care and patient outcomes. The knowledge, perspective, and peer connections attendees gain from this conference will have a definite impact on the quality of low vision patient care worldwide.”

Attendees will earn maximum continuing education credits from agencies such as the Council on Optometric Practitioner Education (COPE), the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA), and the Academy for Certification of Vision Rehabilitation & Education Professionals (ACVREP).

“VisionServe is thrilled to offer these powerful education opportunities,” said Lee Nasehi, VisionServe Alliance CEO. “Conference attendees cite networking as a significant benefit. This year, attendees can network with 400 vision rehabilitation professionals, including executives and clinical practitioners, in one gathering, which is an extraordinary opportunity.”
