You want to help your client find frames she will love — but sometimes it takes forever. To show you understand (and set yourself up as a trusted adviser), say:
“I know it can be hard to choose.”
Wait a few beats and then add, “I’m positive that you’ll make the right choice. I’m here to help you do that.” And then at the end: “You made a great choice. I know you’ll be happy with it.”
