FORT COLLINS, CO — Archimedes Health Investors LLC and Panorama Eyecare, a physician-led management services organization, have announced a strategic partnership.
The partnership comes amid a $150 million initial capital investment that fueled Panorama’s ability to form strategic partnerships with eight eyecare groups, making it the largest comprehensive eyecare organization in the Rocky Mountain region, according to a press release.
The investment was led by Archimedes in partnership with the Eye Center of Northern Colorado and Denver Eye Surgeons, two of the founding practices of Panorama. With the capital infusion, Panorama plans to expand its presence as a physician-led management services organization by bringing on eyecare centers.
