RANCHO CORDOVA, CA – VSP Vision Care has acquired iCare Health Solutions, a specialty network and administrator of ocular care services.
It bought the organization from Pine Tree Equity Partners. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
iCare Health Solutions’ management team members will continue in their roles and the company will operate independently, according to a press release.
