The distinction spotlights VSP Vision’s commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion, including employment and advancement opportunities for individuals with disabilities.
With Disability Month’s observance taking place in October, VSP Vision employees are celebrating the organization’s inclusive culture with a slate of speaker series, networking events and community engagement activities.

Leading Disability Employer Seal recipients are determined based on data provided by companies on the NOD Employment Tracker. The Tracker is the only free assessment tool that helps companies understand which employment practices correlate to improved talent outcomes related to hiring, retention and advancement of people with disabilities.
