Safilo Promotes Paolo Bizzotto to Senior Vice President of Sales, North America Independent Channel

(PRESS RELEASE)SECAUCUS, N.J. — Safilo announces the promotion of Paolo Bizzotto to the role of senior vice president of Sales, North America Independent Channel, reporting to Francesco Rinaldi Ceroni, president of North America, Safilo Group. In this capacity, he will lead the independent optical sales team as well as a cross-functional team overseeing strategic accounts, buying groups and alliances.

Bizzotto, an accomplished eyewear industry executive, has held a series of brand management and sales positions of increasing responsibility during his decade-long career with Safilo. After relocating to the U.S. from the company’s Padua headquarters in 2015, he implemented an expansive range of highly successful marketing programs and sales initiatives dedicated to the optical channel. Most recently, Bizzotto served as Vice President of Key Accounts, North America.
