This question resonates with me. I would point to two standout accomplishments in my career. The first is my current role, steering a thriving ophthalmology group. It has been a remarkable journey marked by growth and transformation, both for me and the organization. The joy I derive from this leadership position and the opportunity to make a positive impact on our patients and the community is immeasurable. The second is passing my NCLE-AC. Lots of my accomplishments come back-to-back. Fitting specialty contact lenses on patients that cannot be properly corrected with spectacles has been my primary goal since opticianry school.
